High Frequency Welded Pipe Line

The  60 High Frequency Welded Pipe Line is the main equipment in the high frequency welded pipe production line. It can be divided into different types according to the diameter and the wall thickness of the pipe. The mill can produce circular pipe, square and rectangular pipe and special pipe using low carbon steel & alloy steel.
The specific process flow is:
Steel strips are first fed into the machine then are shaped into pipe blanks by rollers.
Then, under skin and pro-imity effects of high frequency electric current, induced electricity is concentrated onto the bonding surface of the pipe profile fringe.
The heated up pipe profile fringe is quickly moved to the welding temperature and finished welding under the squeeze roller's pressure.
